Dear OFA Member,

Please download and review the Notice of the 2012 OFA AGM to be held in Melbourne from 10:00am to 12:00pm on the 13th of December, 2012.

Filling vacancies

Three vacancies on the Board will become available at the AGM.

Three nominees from any of the OFA Councils are available for new appointees.

If you are interested please fill out an attached Nomination form.

Changes to Constitution

As part of the AGM the membership will be asked to vote on the adoption of a new constitution. You can download and review the draft constitution and the Motion attached to the Notice of AGM document provides the explanatory notes to changes undertaken since the draft was put out for membership comment.

OFA Strategic Directions Workshop

We are pleased to also announce that the OFA Board would like to invite you to attend a facilitated workshop to explore the strategic directions and work plan for OFA in 2013.

This will be held from 1:30pm to 4:40pm on the 13th of December at the same venue as the AGM.

RSVP Essential

To help us with the logistics of the day, we do require an RSVP by COB on 10th of December, 2012.
